Amstelveen inches closer to championship win

TVC Volleybalsters advanced closer to winning the champions league title on Wednesday.

The Amstelveen team played a strong three-game set against Weert, 25-8, 25-19, 25-17.

The first game of the playoffs began on 24 April and are played on a "best of five" system. The winners will be declared the DELA league champions.

TVC faces a decisive final match Wednesday at 19.00 at the Emergohal in Amstelveen.

The championship title is just another step in an already successful season for TVC. The team has previously won the cup and super cup.
